Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you’re satisfied with your order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You can return your item for a full refund within the timeframe outlined below.
RETURNS
You may return any item within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original tags and labels.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Locate Your Return Label
Check the packaging your item arrived in — the return label should be included.

2. Book a Collection
Returns are handled by DHL. To schedule a pick-up, please use the following link:

3. No Label?
If your parcel doesn’t include a return label, no worries — just contact us at info@santando.co.uk, and we’ll send a new one.
Shipping Note:
Orders are dispatched from our nearest warehouse based on your location.
Returns should be sent back to the same warehouse address shown on your shipping label.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund.
Please allow up to 14 days for processing after we receive your item.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your provider.
We’ll email you as soon as your return has been processed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us right away so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
