Shipping

Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days. Please note that we also have a handling time of 0–1 business day, ensuring your order is processed and shipped promptly.
Standard shipping fee of £9.99 applies and will be added at checkout

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to follow your shipment all the way to your doorstep.

Payments

We accept payments by credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers, giving you convenient and flexible options to complete your purchase.

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment—this applies to all payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange during this period.

To return a damaged product, please place it in its original packaging with all original shipping labels still attached. Make sure the item is securely packed before sending it back to us.

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original box with all parts included. If anything is missing or the packaging is incomplete, a partial refund may be issued instead.
